PHOENIX
2000 Appaloosa Gelding, 15hh
With his easy-going temperament, good manners, and slow stride, Phoenix is the guy most beginners start off with. He loves to be brushed and fussed over. He's been with me since 2007, and has since then given many people their first horse ride ever. Not only is he gentle with small children, he's also long-legged and solid enough to carry most adults. He's expressive, smart, friendly, and loveable. Phoenix has a way of charming people -- it's worked on me!
COPPER
2001 Appaloosa Mare, 14hhCopper has been part of our family since she was a yearling. I was the first person on her back, and my kids spent a lot of time with her while they were growing up. Copper is a very forward and sensitive little horse, making her fun to ride for confident riders, but she's obedient with beginners. She is a very cute, petite, hardworking horse who has a lot of heart!
PARKER
Parker is our little gentleman, a nice well behaved pony who is excellent with children. We've been told he has some show experience and possibly broke to drive as well. He's been with us since September 2014 and we look forward to many adventures together!
Weight limits: For the comfort and safety of each horse, there is a limit to how heavy a rider can be carried. The weight includes the rider and saddle.
Phoenix - up to 240 lbs

OAKIE
1996 chestnut Quarter Horse Mare, 14.2hh
Oakie was with us from November 2010 until June 2013. When I decided that the riding lessons life wasn't what she was meant to do, we contacted one of her former owners, and the timing was perfect - they're back together again. We enjoyed having this lovely Lady in our lives and are happy to see her in a good home!
