So I'm sure many of you who have come here to ride, and spent some time getting to know Oakie, are curious about her new life.
She has her original name, Lady. It's a name that makes sense, because she is a very ladylike horse! I hear she's at a barn with some mini horses to keep her company, and lots of trails through the woods. Sounds lovely eh?
Here she is with Emma, the day they went home together.
They sure do make a great team!
Emma is so happy to have Lady back in her life again. How often does a young woman get her first horse back? It's such a great story!
I'm glad I was part of that story, and had a part in getting these two back together again!
